A good overview of mobile audio can be found on the FAQ. Section 5, "Installation" describes how you can go about adjusting your system for a "flat" response.

Using a test CD and a sound pressure meter, I came up with the following settings for the DSP:

80 200 500 1k 2k 5k 12k
+3 -1 +1 +2 +4 +6 +7

Now, overall, I would have to say that I think the "premium" sound system sucks given its price. The imaging is terrible, the lower bass is non existant, and the DSP is little more than a gimmick. Even approaching a flat response curve is impossible. What's worse, I found that the frequency levels varied significantly from inch to inch. That is, as I moved the SPL from side to side, I found huge fluctuations in sound level for a constant frequency!

Anyhow, the settings above were the best that I could come up with. Good luck!
